Yes. Every product we provide requires an assessment and a prescription. If you don't already have one, we'll coordinate a full assessment with our doctor to get you properly evaluated and prescribed before anything is ordered.
We bill directly to Canada Life, Manulife, Sun Life, and Green Shield wherever your specific plan allows it.
Coverage depends entirely on your specific plan — it varies by employer and policy, even within the same insurance company. We'll help you understand your coverage before your appointment, and we'll always confirm expected costs with you up front. Any portion not covered by your plan is your responsibility.
Yes. Home visits are available across the Greater Toronto Area for anyone who has difficulty travelling. If you'd prefer, you can also meet us at any clinic our assessing physician is affiliated with.
Yes — our foot orthotics are individually custom-fabricated based on a biomechanical and gait assessment and casting. Braces, hosiery, TENS units, and bunion splints are premade items that we fit and size specifically to you.
Custom orthotics take longer since each pair is individually fabricated after casting. Braces, hosiery, TENS units, and bunion splints are premade and sized to you, so they're typically available faster. We'll give you a specific timeline once your prescription is confirmed.
